Regio Rewards is our new loyalty reward program that allows you to earn rewards and offers.

Simply download the Pollo Regio app from the App Store or Google Play store and create your account. You can begin using the app immediately.

With any qualifying restaurant purchase, you earn 1 point for every $1 spent.

When you have earned 100 points you will receive a $10 reward. Your reward can be redeemed with any subsequent purchase.

Your location information is needed to locate the restaurants nearest to you and make your search quick and easy.

We do not share your personal or purchase information. Purchase information is used to help us better provide you with offers and information you are interested in.

Simply open the Pollo Regio app when you check out, scan the QR code on the bottom of your receipt to earn points.  You can also earn points by purchasing from our website.

Please take a photo of the entire receipt and send it to us using the "Contact Us" option under the ‘Need Help?” tab.

Be sure to save your receipt. Each receipt has a Pollo Regio QR code that can be scanned to earn your points for your purchase. See above for how to scan.

You can check your account balance at any time by opening the Pollo Regio app and tapping “Rewards” in the bottom menu of your screen. You will see the points meter and how close you are to reaching 100 points.

You can also tap “Inbox” to view any rewards you have earned.

To redeem, follow these simple steps:

  • Open the Pollo Regio app before paying the cashier
  • Tap the bank rewards button located on the bottom right of your device, select your Reward
  • Then tap redeem
  • Confirm the amount by tapping “Yes” in the pop-up screen

A code will appear on your mobile device. The cashier will enter the code when you pay. Your reward will be applied to your order.

In order to earn points with the QR code, your device camera is needed to view and scan the QR code. You can turn off the camera in your settings, but you will need to manually enter the bar code numbers each time you wish to earn points for purchases.

Logging in and out, restarting app, and reinstalling will usually solve the issue. If the problem persists, contact our support team with details of the issue you are having at: support@polloregio.com

Multiple accounts used on the same device will not work with the rewards program. A guest with multiple accounts will be deactivated and/or banned from the rewards program.

A purchase from $9.00 to $9.50 would round down to 9 points, but a purchase of $9.51 to $9.99 would round up to 10 points.

Only available at participating locations.

There is a $100 redemption limit.

If rewards have not been used within 365 days, they will expire.

Once the redeem timer runs out and your rewards have not been used, they will return to your account.

You will be able use 2 reward codes on one order.

You have 48 hours until the receipt expires.

Yes! You can still participate in the program. You will be able to earn and redeem rewards when you place your order online.  You will not be able to earn points with in store purchases without the Pollo Regio app.

If the order total is less than the redeemed amount, the remaining points will return to your account.

Currently you can only redeem rewards twice within a 12 hour period.

No. Only after accumulating 100 points you will get a $10 reward.
